ANDREA BOYKIN

Professional Bio

Andrea Boykin began her career in New Jersey before relocating to Central Florida in 1991. With more than 30 years of experience as a paralegal in the legal field, she has developed a broad and accomplished background across multiple areas of law. After decades of supporting law firms and corporate legal departments, Mrs. Boykin founded AT Legal Docs, LLC, establishing her own paralegal-based legal document preparation business serving law firms throughout Central Florida.

Before launching her company, Mrs. Boykin spent 23 years in the cable television entertainment industry with one of Orlando’s largest cable companies. She initially served as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing and later advanced to the role of Paralegal Contracts Administrator. In that capacity, she drafted, reviewed, and edited contracts for hotels, motels, apartment and condominium communities, hospitals, and other commercial entities. She collaborated closely with corporate attorneys on litigation matters involving delinquent or default commercial accounts and supported a wide range of contract-related legal functions.

Earlier in her career, Mrs. Boykin worked as a Paralegal for several law firms in both New Jersey and Central Florida. Her experience includes litigation, estate planning, probate, corporate contracts, and general legal support. She later expanded her expertise by studying tax law and spent several years as a tax professional with a prominent tax company.

Mrs. Boykin is a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar and an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Central Florida Paralegal Association. She served on the Executive Board of the Central Florida Paralegal Association from 2010 to 2013 as Treasurer and returned to the Board in 2022 as Parliamentarian.
